I'm 25, 5'9+", a model in my former days, aspiring trainer currently and on a full blown mission to get in the best shape of my life. I'm newly pescitarian (about 2 years) I cycle, run, strength train, love TRX and Pilates and dabble in boxing. I eat clean 95% of the time and all for indulging in moderation. I'm big into cleansing my body of toxins a few times a year. Weight isn't more important to me than how I feel but below are my stats nonetheless. I've lost 20+ lbs and 15 inches total.
